Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as sale items, which cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. In this email, we will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account again. If the refund is still not reflected, you may want to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. You can also reach out to your bank as there is often processing time involved. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchange Shipping Timeframes

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Please be aware that shipping times can differ, so we recommend being patient while awaiting the arrival of your exchange.

Returning High-Value Items

If you are returning high-value items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure the safe return of your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product without tracking or insurance.
